OUR MISSION STATEMENT
We pride ourselves, in the name of Christ, to provide the best and healthiest food in Western Kentucky. We don't use
fryers or grease, instead we cook with olive oil and no trans fats. Even our French fries are baked, not fried. Our food
has less calories, fats, salt or sugars. Our menus are for those with a discerning taste for quality but are health
conscious. We also pride ourselves with excellent service, meeting the needs of our detailed oriented customers. All
menu items are prepared when ordered, so it is fresh and at its peak of flavor. We opened up on April 6, 2005 and have
become an integral part of the court square and community. Owner and Chef, Rick Nieber, bases his success on
Christ, so therefore Main Street Java is a Christian oriented business. Born in Lebanon Springs, New York, Rick is a
small town man that brings taste and morals to the restaurant business.
